On Oct. 23, Disneyland officials announced that the first fully-themed Pixar hotel in the United States will open on Jan. 30, 2024.
Originally known as Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel in Anaheim, the Pixar Place Hotel will be an unprecedented attraction as it is the first themed hotel in the United States. The hotel’s ongoing renovations include guest rooms featuring décor inspired by iconic movies such as “Toy Story” and “The Incredibles.” Additionally, the hotel lobby will be accented by a sculpture of the signature Pixar lamp.
Apart from the newly established Pixar-themed guest rooms, guests can expect new menu items in the Great Maple restaurant.
The restaurant, which will be opened at the hotel in November, will feature classic comfort dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can expect household dishes like Maple Bacon Doughnuts, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon, and many others, according to KGET.
Other accommodations, such as an expanded fitness center, a new gift shop location, and a Finding Nemo-themed water play area are open for guests as the renovations continue.
Disneyland officials will later release more information about the Pixar Place Hotel’s grand opening and new amenities.
