The JV boys soccer team played against the Hawks on Jan. 30.
The game had fans on the edge of their seats with the competitive plays that kept the game’s outcome uncertain.
The game began with Mavrick Moore and Johnny Foster scoring a goal for the Hawks, quickly bringing the score to 2-0.
Things soon changed when the Drillers made a comeback, flipping the stakes with two scores of their own. Drillers brought the final score to 4-2 and kept it that way, winning the game.
Freshmen
During the freshmen boys game, the Drillers made an early goal on the Centennial Hawks towards the end of the 1st quarter. The Drillers managed to keep themselves in the lead and concluded the game without the Hawks scoring.
The Drillers won the game 1-0 against the Hawks.
