Should California Reopen?

Should+California+Reopen%3F

In California, there are a total of 760,013 cases of COVID-19 and still rising everyday by 0.3% increase. How would California deal with their situation and what are they planning to keep everyone safe? For starters, hospitals have seen less patientsce and a lot more people have recovered. Some counties and shops are reopening., Orange County was moved from the most restrictive purple tier to red, meaning that they can open theaters to some standards for safety reasons, and California’s public health has been one of the greatest in the country.

As the Ccoronavirus cases rise because of the “fall wave” there are still cities and businesses wanting to reopen such as Disneyland, San Diego, and San Francisco. California is now launching a new blueprint for a safer economy.

Ghaly said he hopes “it creates an opportunity for each county to shine in this regard” and not fall backwards. While we slowly open up, the governor suggests nail salons and open door restaurants should be open.

What is Kern County’s next move?
