Some counties and shops are reopening., Orange County was moved from the most restrictive purple tier to red, meaning that they can open theaters to some standards for safety reasons, and California’s public health has been one of the greatest in the country.
As the Ccoronavirus cases rise because of the “fall wave” there are still cities and businesses wanting to reopen such as Disneyland, San Diego, and San Francisco. California is now launching a new blueprint for a safer economy.
