New buyers will face a tough question when it comes to renting or buying a home. They ask, “does it cost more to rent then buy?” or they’re just not sure if buying is a good choice yet. i’m here to say that buying or renting has lots of benefits! They are both a good choice depending on your choice in staying or leaving your state or city.
If you choose to rent it’s perfectly okay! you might think it’s not because your money goes to rent every month but if you were a homeowner you wouldn’t worry about house maintenance, you could move out anytime, and you can invest the savings.
Buying a home is also the benefit but when you buy a home you have to be sure if the area you’re at is what you like. if you do like the area you like and purchase a home you could do plenty of things that can help you save and benefits. One of the benefits is you could pay your house off over time, the value of your house will historically increase, and you can even rent out a room.
Parenting and buying have good benefits and it’s important you save and invest. if you want to stay for less than 5 years then renting is a great option and invest your mortgage deposit.
